SIGH…and that’s not the worst of it. ALL pitbulls (meaning anything that looks like it or what someone MAY think is one or an AC may THINK is one) must be surrendered to the city shelter within 90 days in Ohio. ALL will be killed. NONE are being allowed to be grandfathered in. ....
